Approval Process

The documents verification process

  • The verification of documents process will be done within 2 working days.
  • SwiF will send you an email to update you on the status of your registration and ask you for any documents that may need updating.
  • Once your account has been approved you need to make the first payment to activate your account.
  • You will receive an email which includes the payment link and invoice for your further action and safe keeping.

  • Once you have made the payment, you will receive a ‘Welcome Email’ and will be able to access your Dashboard.

What happens if I do not get an answer within 2 working days?

We would recommend you give us up to 7 working days to revert. Some documentation verification can take a little longer than expected.
