Settlement Terms

  • Merchant must have provided valid and verified bank accounts details to SwiF for settlement.
  • Merchant account must be active meaning all your documents are in order and you have paid the yearly subscription fee.
  • Minimum settlement must reach RM100. Settlement will not be made until the total payment from your customers reaches the minimum of RM100.
  • In some cases SwiF may request the proof of delivery to proceed with the settlement.
  • In case of suspicious activity detected by the issuing bank, the settlement schedule in place will not apply until the transaction has been verified.
