Refund Request Fee

Merchants will be charged a service fee of 1.5% for each refund request.

Example:
Refund amount = RM100
Refund fee = RM1.5

The refund amount will be deducted from your account on the next settlement transfer as to not penalise your customer.

This applies to credit and debit card only.

Refunds are not available for FPX transaction or e-wallets.

Account Reactivation Fee

SwiF imposes a reactivation fee of RM50 for merchants who have not conducted any transactions for a consecutive period of 6 months.

Settlement below RM100

For accounts with settlements below RM100 (applicable only for account closure), a fee of RM5 will be charged upon request.

Previous Settlement Report Request

A fee of RM5 will be incurred for each request made for a previous Settlement Report.
