Suspension

Account suspension can happen for several reasons:

• Pending payment of annual subscription fees
• Suspicious transactions
• Non-compliance with anti-money laundering laws
• Fraud

If any of these are detected our services will be suspended until the situation is rectified.

Termination

Prior to account Termination:

• You will receive an email, 15 days after the due date of your subscription fee.
• The email will state the date at which your account will be terminated.
• You must make the payment before the stipulated date to avoid termination.
