Once your merchant profile is created, please contact our merchant admin team at support@swifs.io for any changes related to:

• Access email
• Contact details
• Address
• Bank account number
• Payment methods

You can update your company logo, company banner and payment link directly in your Dashboard settings.

In the case of a change in your company name or business nature, you will need to close your existing account and open a new one. Our team can help you with the necessary steps required.
