Step 1

  • Contact our merchant admin team at sales@swifs.io or directly from our website at https://swifs.io/contact/
  • Our team will take you through the process. Response time is typically within 2 working days.
  • Submit all documents required.
  • Refer to the KYC Business Documents Lists for your business type.
  • You have to be at least 18 years old to register.
  • Your business must be registered with SSM to proceed.

Step 2

  • SwiF verifies and validates all your documents to ensure full compliance.

Step 3

  • Upon approval you will be informed by email and we will start the onboarding process.
  • It will take around 14 working days for your account to be verified and approved by the bank.
